We are a couple of passionate freedivers. Teaching and training has been our favorite thing for many years.
From October to May we teach in Dahab (Egypt) and during the summer in Kas (Turkey). We sometimes announce courses to be held in other locations, and these are always big and fun events for us.

Why freediving?
- 1Active holidays!If you are a fan of being active above and under water instead of lying on the beach, then freediving is for you! Even after the very first freediving course, you will feel much more confident on every seaside vacation.
- 2Underwater worldThe Red Sea has the most unique and vibrant underwater life with direct access from the shore. Beautiful reefs and underwater inhabitants, visibility up to 30 meters, with a pleasant temperature all year round.
- 3What your body is capable ofFreediving is about expanding your capabilities. Even if you are now afraid to submerge your face, doing the course will make you feel at home underwater.
- 4No age limitsThe whole family can come to the course! Both children and older people are freediving these days, since the activity is always gently adapted to everyone's level.
- 5Experienced InstructorsOur team includes instructors with 5-10 years of experience in the water. We train every day throughout the year, and we ourselves regularly take refresher courses and exchange experience with foreign colleagues.
- 6WellnessFreediving is a solid benefit for the body. This is a mild cardio load that improves vascular function, as well as deep relaxation skills. We talk about the health benefits in detail in our courses.

Gift certificates
You can purchase certificates as a gift to your family, friends and relatives. No matter where in the world you are. A signed voucher certificate will be sent to your intended recipient by mail after 100% payment.
Book a course
Reservation of courses occurs upon payment of 50%, the remainder is paid in cash before the course. The deposit is non-refundable, except in cases related to the cancellation of flights and the closure of borders due to a pandemic.
