INTRODUCTION TO DEPTH

LEVEL: for beginners
PRICE: €650
This course is intended for beginner freedivers with no experience in the water at all, in which you:
- Learn to hold your breath comfortably
- Learn the basics of physics and physiology
- Learn how to safely prolong your breath-hold
- Learn how to organize safe dives with a buddy
- Learn how to dive safely on the reef (Deep snorkeling)
You will master:
- Static breath holding technique
- Various pressure compensation techniques
- Technique of diving horizontally in pool or shallow water
- Deep diving technique using your arms to pull on the descent line (FIM) and swimming down along the line with fins (CWTB)
And much more!
Possible certification level: AIDA 2

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
- 6 sessions in water (2 days on - 1 day off)
- Theory
- Advanced equalisation workshop
- Dry sessions (yoga classes, MFR, equalization, specific stretching etc, technique etc)
- Theoretical exam
- In-water exams
- International certificate (AIDA, Molchanovs)

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
- Flight, accommodation, meals
- Insurance
- Rental of personal equipment (suit, fins, mask, snorkel, belt, weights) - 16-18 euros per day
- Airport transfer - 30 euro one way per car
- Transfer and fees to the Blue Hole - from 10 to 20 euros (depending on the number of people in the group)

LEVEL OF TRAINING: for advanced freedivers
PRICE:
3 sessions (min 3 days) - €420
6 sessions (min 8 days) - €610

An individual program of 10 or more sessions in the water for experienced freedivers who have completed the basic course and who wants to improve in one or few aspects. Certification for specific courses is possible depending on passing of the course requirements.
Sessions in the water and on land can help improve:
- Diving technique CWT, CNF, FIM, CWTB
- diving tactics
- Short and long term training strategy
- Different ways of pressure compensation
- Relaxation and mental techniques
- Physical training on land

- Dry training (EQ, technique, yoga / stretching, MFR, specific stretching, relaxation, breathing etc)
- International certificate subject to passing relevant course requirements that includes a written exam

INSTRUCTOR COURSE
DATES IN DAHAB / KAS: upon request
LEVEL: for experienced freedivers
PRICE: €1300
Instructor course for those who have passed all stages of the AIDA / Molchanovs (or other equal agency) program and want to make freediving their profession!
The program consists of theoretical sessions, in which instructor candidates get acquainted with the education system from the point of view of an instructor. They will learn how to conduct theoretical and practical classes with students, comprehend the basics of pedagogy, calculate risks, plan the marketing and budget of their courses. There is a small amount of time dedicated to personal training within this course - the instructor candidates should be able to pass all the necessary depth, time and distance requirements at the time of the course.
In sessions on land and in water, future instructors learn to teach:

PRICE: €1300

- theory classes and explain freediving concepts simply for practical understanding
- general and special stretching for freedivers
- equalisation techniques; recognize and solve common problems
- confined water sessions (STA, DYNB)
- how to create workouts
- open water classes
They will also write and make a special presentation to an audience on a freediving topic of their special interest.
